Therefore, the implementation and construction of codes of conduct are also considered as an art. It is the breath of the company’s life, pulsating with the desire for growth and development. It is a master plan indicating where employees must go and what they ought to do in order to live well. In a sense, every employee or worker is an artist, creating something of beauty out of his self.

Codes of conduct are rational foundation of any attempt at implementing the right thing while inside the premises of the company. The creation of codes of conduct goes deeper into the reasons why employees must choose certain values and why they have to act in a certain way.
